Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (EAP)

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides heating assistance to low income families in our eight counties service delivery area: Crisp, Dooly, Macon, Marion, Schley, Sumter, Taylor, and Webster. This program offers assistance with natural gas, electricity, propane gas, and wood (primary source of heating and cooling). Clients are placed on the waiting list based on a FIRST COME; FIRST SERVE BASIS and FUNDING AVAILIBILITY. The EAP is offered only once each program year.

West Central Georgia CAC, Inc. administers the Emergency Energy Assistance Program for crisis.
