5 Tips for a Healthier Summer

  1. Apply Sun cream daily
    1. Experts recommend applying sun cream twice a day. It is important to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.
  2. Drink plenty of WATER!!!
    1. Dehydration is a real danger. Many patients do not realize that they are getting dehydrated until it is too late. Keep water close at all times!
  3. Eat Lots of Fruits
    1. Fruits keep your body cool! Eat plenty of fruits.
  4. Keep an eye on the Temperature and Weather
    1. Before leaving your home make sure you know how hot the temperature is. Also, make sure you know if it will rain and dress accordingly.
  5. Never stay too long on a closed room with no air circulation (the Attic)
    1. DANGER!!! Only go to the attic in the morning!
